Natural vs Synthetic
Our natural perfume blends all contain authentic Sandalwood as the primary base note. Pure essential oils, extracted from plants and unadulterated, contain hundreds of chemical molecules. Scientists have attempted to copy, isolate and/or substitute some components of an essential oil but have never been able to replicate the therapeutic value of an essential oil, which is their primary benefit. Many essential oils are so complex in their chemistry that science hasn't been able to even identify all of the molecules in these oils. As for their fragrance; when it comes to scent, what most people don't realize is that commercial fragrace is primarily synthetic, 95% of which is made from petrochemicals. There are pros and cons regarding this, but knowing what you're putting on your skin is important. The thought of inhaling a blend of synthetic chemicals does absolutely nothing for us. But that's just us. Our perfume blends are the strongest and longest lasting that you will find in the industry with a 40% essential oil strength.
